Our Approach

Working together to overcome life challenges and create enduring change

Why see a clinical psychologist?

Therapy is about understanding:
• how thoughts affect me
• my emotional reactions
• how life experiences affect me
• how a problem developed
• what keeps a problem going
• how I interact in relationships

Clinical Psychology brings a range of clinical skills to this work, including:
• Diagnosis and Assessment
finding out what is happening and why
• Treatment and Action Planning working together to put in place a treatment approach

Our Approach

Our aim is to help you learn strategies that fit best for you personally so you can apply them, not only to today's challenges, but to tomorrow's challenges as well.

By finding the answers together, in a supportive environment, problems can become opportunities for personal growth and a stronger self.

Through talking about the way you feel, think and act, you can gain a new understanding of yourself, to make enduring changes in your life.

Therapy options

No single therapy approach works for everyone. So it's important to take time to discuss the best way forward in addressing your concerns.

Diana offers individual psychotherapy informed by a number of different approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EFT and Mindfulness, Couple Work and Family Therapy.
