What can I expect?

Sessions generally last 50-60 minutes. Fees will be discussed with you when the appointment is made.

For an appointment please call us on 021 864 886

At the first session, we will discuss the problem that has brought you here, and the type of therapy that will help. Therapy may be for a short time or a number of months. We may continue meeting together or Diana may suggest you see another therapist who specialises in the type of help you need.

If at any stage you do not understand what is being said, ask for clarification. You can expect a clear explanation in language which you understand.

Diana believes in respecting your privacy. Information provided by clients is strictly confidential except in cases where you or another person is in danger from harm.
